Prohibited Conduct

- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal financial activities through the platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or fm885 staff.

- Abusing bonuses or promotions through dishonest means or in violation of the stated promotional terms.
Payments, Deposits, and MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the fm885 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made via supported methods—including local bank transfers and approved e-wallets—will be credited to your account once the payment is confirmed by our system.
Users must ensure deposits are made from accounts or payment methods registered under their own name. fm885 reserves the right to reject or suspend processing of any deposit or withdrawal suspected to originate from unauthorized sources or related to fraudulent activities.
Withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts or payment methods registered under the same user. All withdrawals are subject to full identity verification. fm885 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.
Any taxes, bank service fees, or additional charges imposed by third-party financial institutions are the sole responsibility of the user and are not covered by fm885.

Account Suspension and Closure

If an account is closed due to terms violations, fm885 reserves the right to hold any associated funds relating to suspected unauthorized activities pending investigation. Users whose accounts are closed may appeal through the available customer support channels.
